The CRE Valley-Upper St. Lawrence, the Ministry of Culture, Communications and the Status of Women of Quebec and the Forum jeunesse Vallée-du-Haut-Saint-Laurent is pleased to announce this call records for any new project that will exhibit six new artists to strive for professionalism in visual arts and to raise awareness of their environment.
Detour Series-Return will take place in March 2011 in six venues throughout the region:

- Saint-Laurent Complex - La Prairie
- Maison Trestler – Vaudreuil-Dorion
- Musée régional de Vaudreuil-Soulanges – Vaudreuil-Dorion
- MUSO – Musée de société des Deux-Rives – Salaberry-de-Valleyfield
- Parc régional de St-Bernard-de-Lacolle – St-Bernard-de-Lacolle
- Salle Alfred-Langevin – Huntingdon
Les candidats retenus bénéficieront des avantages suivants :
- Exposition en solo dans l’un des six lieux participants ;
- Commissariat d’exposition professionnel ;
- Soutien à la professionnalisation (incluant une bourse de 1000 $) ;
- Promotion régionale de l’exposition (cartons, affiches, livret d’exposition et lancement médiatique) ;
- Activité de médiation culturelle mettant l’artiste en lien avec la communauté ;
- Coaching and training. (Training sessions are scheduled in groups of 15 and 22 January and 19 February.)
